Gamealot has held a silent auction as part of our fundraising efforts for many years. This year, we're holding it online to improve accessibility and reach a wider audience!
Our silent auction this year has been generously supported by Mission: Fun & Games, Taps Games, and Red Claw Gaming. All proceeds directly benefit the Veteran's Association Food Bank!
Bidding is currently OPEN. You can place your bid at your convenience.
The silent auction will close at 3pm, Sunday October 5th.
Participation considerations:
A neat feature of the website is that you can set a bid limit. I.e., if your maximum bid for an item is $50, you can set that limit, and the site will auto bid for you in the interim! For example, if your bid is $21, and someone bids $25, it will automatically place a bid of $26. It will continue doing this until it reaches your set limit (in this example, $50).
We have enabled a time extension in the case of a last-minute bidding competition. If you place a bid at 2:57pm on Sunday October 3rd, and someone outbids you at 2:59pm, 3 minutes will be automatically added to the item so that you can have a chance to respond. If you do respond, the other person also gets 3 minutes. This window can extend to a maximum of 30 minutes (so, until 3:30).

You must collect your items in-person.
All items can be picked up at Gamealot (18504 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 2V4) after the silent auction closes at 3:00 (please note Gamealot closes at 4:00pm).
If you aren't there on Sunday, no worries! You can pick your items up during regular business hours at Mission: Fun & Games.
In either case, please present a form I.D. to claim your prize.
